The Photo’s Saturday, Aug 2 2008

So here are the photo’s that my sister in-law took. Not the greatest but the first one is the one I will put with the file for now and will continue to take advantage of any photo opportunity from now on. I really hate having my photo taken, hence that’s why there was a mad panic to have one taken now. The one on ‘Our Story’ page is from my niece’s debutant ball about 8 years ago, that was about the last time someone took a picture of me with consent! So off to get the picture printed, will get it done in black and white, think they look a bit more classy.

Oh and you can see the hair is now shorter. D says I look like Abbie of NCIS, the Goth chick!

Something new Saturday, Aug 2 2008

Well yesterday I decided D and I needed our haircut as we have to have a photo taken to put with our adoption profile, all went well except that I am really easy when I go to the hairdressers, they say”

Hairdresser: What do you want?

Me: I don’t know, what do you think?

H: I think that maybe you should go a shorter bob…..

M: do you really think?

H: Yep but you have to run the straigthener over it sometimes……..

M: Ok

Then its gone. The hair. The hair I have been trying to grow, gone. But it does appear all one length now except for my fringe of course which is now straight as apposed to my half arse trim that made it look kinda weird for a while there.

Anyho, so will call the sister in-law soon and ask if she can take a nice photo of us so that I an put it with our file which we will be dropping off to DHS on Monday or Tuesday this week. Let the games begin.
